Gerardo and Marisa came to The 1904 after many years of experience creating dishes at several upscale casual restaurants in the Wisconsin Dells.

Gerardo’s passion for creating a perfectly balanced savory sandwich, and Marisa’s skill for polishing the fine details in our dishes provide the 1904 with a team capable of pleasing a variety of taste buds.
